Your reviews also help, I always read them before I order just in case I need to change my size with the order. But has always been very satisfied with everything I have purchased. I've been searching for the shoes that I bought. I've found them for less money, but couldn't find my size or color. I liked that the price of the shoes was the same after the taxes and shipping had been figured in. The shoes were shipped the same day and I got them a couple of days later. (This is my third pair of that same shoe - LOVE them). Thank you Zappos for the excellent service.
